What currency are prices listed in?
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars, nett.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via PayPal, and the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You may also send cheque payment within 5 days from order date. Bank transfer is another option.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you do not need a PayPal account to purchase from our store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.
PayPal is a worldwide payment gateway that uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. When you place an order, Paypal shares only your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive financial information.
(2) Local Delivery / Shipping / Self Collection
How long will local delivery take, and how much does it cost?
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of SGD10/- within Singapore.
Orders within Singapore are typically delivered within 3 business days. All deliveries will be arranged between 9am-6pm on Wednesdays & Saturdays only.
Do you ship internationally?
No. At present, we do not ship internationally as the dimensions of some of our items are not suitable for shipping at competitive rates (i.e. too long for air parcels). There are however some smaller items that may be suitable for international shipping, which we hope to introduce in future.

If you are living in the eastern part of Singapore, you may wish to collect the items personally at my business address at Bedok North Avenue 4. You can select “Local Pickup” during the on line transaction and delivery charges will not be added.
(3) Return Policy
I live in Singapore. What if I change my mind after receiving my purchase?
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery, for a full refund less $10/- delivery and admin charge.
To return your purchase, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, stating:
– receipt ID
– product description
– reason for return
– preferred date of returning (minimum of 3 working days after email is sent)
– contact number
We will notify you on the returning location, and arrange a time between 10am – 5pm, on your preferred date whenever possible. Should there be any changes to the date of returning, please inform us at least 1 working day before the scheduled date. However, if you require us to collect the item from you, a transport charge of $20/= will be deducted from your full refund.
Please note that the item must be returned in original packaging and condition. The refund is subject to our review of the condition of the product upon return. If the return item is damaged, used, or altered in any way, Potarray Enterprise has the right to refuse a refund.
Can I mount on wallboards?
Our screws and wall plugs are suitable only for mounting on concrete walls or wood posts, as we figured our products are used mainly outdoors or in balcony spaces. For drywalls such as partition wallboards, please use the appropriate anchor screws for these surfaces.
Do you provide installation?
Unfortunately no. DIY instruction sheets are provided, showing simple steps to drill 2 or 4 holes for the mounts. No special tools, other than a drill gun (with a 6mm dia concrete drill), a screwdriver and a steady hand, are required.
